Building Services Ltd was founded by Govardhan Reddy Sajjala and is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17491796). The company was formed to provide a dependable building service for homeowners, landlords and businesses in Northampton and the surrounding area — covering both domestic and commercial construction under one roof.
Too many people have had a poor experience with builders: vague quotes, missed days on site and nobody answering the phone. Govardhan set the company up to work differently. Every project starts with a proper site visit, every quote is written out clearly, and clients deal directly with the director rather than being passed between different people.
We take on a broad range of work — house extensions, loft conversions, renovations, new homes, commercial buildings and the groundworks and structural alterations behind them. Site visit & survey
We visit the property or site to look at access, ground conditions, existing structure and services. Seeing it in person is what allows us to price the job accurately rather than guess.
Itemised written quotation
You receive a written quotation that sets out the scope of work, what is and isn’t included, and the stages the work will follow — so you can compare it properly and plan your budget.
Build with regular updates
Once agreed, we schedule the work, keep the site tidy and safe, and keep you updated as each stage is completed. Any changes are discussed and agreed with you before they happen.
Snagging & handover
We walk through the finished work with you, put right any snags, and hand over the project with the relevant paperwork and inspection sign-offs gathered along the way.
